    I Do enjoy thefu share route feature, it is very helpful. i think it needs to be two was as well amonst team members at least. I can share the route with my team members but have to to share them individual so they can Check into them. But when my trainee on my team shares with me They can just use the one click option. Am I doing somthing wrong. also among member's on the same team should be able to share with the one click option

  2. Allow multiple users to edit the same route and see updates in real-time

    Pretty basic, but when you have one person setting up routes in an office and a sales rep in the field, both need access to modify a route and see changes. Don't understand limiting it to the route owner.

  3. Include route fields when exporting to CSV

    I use route fields to show important information about my appointments, such as primary contact name and phone number. However, when I export the route to a CSV, only the name, address and start/end time appears in the spreadsheet.

    If I set up a route to show a specific set of route fields in the Geopointe interface, please allow those to also appear as columns when I export to CSV

  4. Sort fields smallest to largest

    Our unit field on the address is a text field as we have numeric values (ex. 101, 102) and text values (ex. main, lobby) in this field. Therefore, in a scenario where I am trying to sort a townhouse complex with unit numbers 1-40, I get 1, 10, 11....19, 2, 20..etc. It would be helpful if we could sort text fields smallest to largest where numbers are sorted in correct numerical order with alpha characters sorted in alphabetic order after the largest number (ex. 1,2,3....9,10,11...99, 100, lobby, main).

  5. Calculate Total Mileage

    Ability to calculate mileage based on Salesforce meetings/calendar. Export the route and mileage either daily/weekly etc. Big time saver for salespeople in the field that need to submit mileage type expenses.

  6. Filter Option for Users appearing in Sharing Picklist for Route Sharing

    For purpose of Route Sharing, there is "Sharing" Picklist provided, which holds all GeoPointe Users, with whom Route can be shared by selecting user and clicking on "Add Share" button.
    But when user base is large, and it involves different category of user sets, it becomes challenging to search user from Particular team or set and assign Route to intended user.
    So there should be an option to Restrict/Filter users appearing in search within Sharing picklist.

  7. Add and view fields in route list view without having to expand

    Our reps visit about 30-40 customers a day and require the ability to see more fields right from the route list view without having to expand each record. They need to see not only the customer's address but other information at a glance, such as appointment date and time, sales leads and the products the customer so that they can have a view of their territory for the day and not miss those they have made appointments with, as well as those that are new customers with leads.     Enhance The Route Distance Calculation Between Destinations to Give Better Estimate (Based on Date/Time Range of Travel). When using Google Maps, they give users the ability to plug in Day of Week and Time of Day when planning routes and can provide estimates on if the travel time will be longer or shorter based on that time.

    Example: Say the distance between appointment A and B is 5 miles. On Monday at 10:00 PM it may take me 10 minutes to drive there. However, on Tuesday at 7:30 AM it may take me 20-30 minutes estimate to get there.

  9. Some Routing Features That Would Help

    It would be awesome if we could have the following aspects to assist routing.

    1. Default time allowed to be set for your appointments eg 45 mins - user set and can be changed if longer or shorter.

    2. Points added to the route then with a default time and optimised would allow for travel time and accommodate the appointment length to leave to the next destination - could then have a predicted time that the next appointment would start after travel from the previous destination.

  10. Sharing Route with Manager Link to Route

    Looking for a link that I can add to my email template that would take the manager straight to the route in Geopointe? This would be a one step process of being alerted that a route has been shared with them and then the manager is able to open the route from the email to review.

  11. Search for google places strictly along my route

    The way I envisioned this idea is to have a feature in Geopointe where you can search around a given route.

    So for example I am going from Location 1 to Location 2. I have a route planned in the system from Location 1 to Location 2. I have a 2-3 hour chunk of time between my appointment at Location 1 and my appointment at Location 2.

  12. Allow Different Marker Colors for Route Locations

    I have created a data set that uses different colored markers for different types of opportunities. When I run a search, those various markers are displayed correctly. However, when I add them to a route and view the route (in the print PDF view), all the markers are the same color.

    Is there a way to show the different colored markers in the print PDF view? This would help our salespeople know which types of opportunities they are visiting.

    Ability to have the saved routes listed from newest to oldest. Currently my users have to scroll down to find the route they saved. In addition have the ability to filter routes by year and month.

  14. Enable/keep "color by field" rules for routes

    We love the "color by field" option to have the markers themselves provide information...but that doesn't work when looking at a route. it would be helpful to be able to edit those markers. Or even better, when creating a route from a data set with markers, provide the option to carry the marker colors over from the data set.

  15. Create a routing report including travel time and appointment time

    We would like to be able to see a report that lists the appointment times and the travel times of a designated route including other custom fields. We want to be able to view or print a snap shot of a route without having to look at the both the route held in Geopointe and the mapping report.

    Currently, you can see the route with the appointment times, or see the GPS routing with the mileage and travel times, but you can't see a combination report of both the appointment time and travel time. For example, when planning a demo…

  17. Adding a route to a SF user's calendar

    We would like the possibility for a user to affect a route to another user calendar in Salesforce. By specifying a day the whole route would be added to the user calendar with the time specified in the route.

  18. Identify accounts along route (ie define a route and then show accounts, opposite of identify accounts and plot a route)

    The idea is, if I'm driving from X to Y show me all accounts not far from that route. One could fake it with a shape search but this would be cleaner and faster.

    We use servicemax for salesforce which assigns work orders to technicians with a scheduled start time. Work orders are a custom salesforce object. We would like to see the ability to use the scheduled times from the mapped work order object to create a route by technician.

  20. Add option do remove markers from the maps after they are added to the route.

    This would help when creating routes using big datasets (not allowing to add duplicates)
