Add census tracts to geo library
It would be incredibly helpful to have census tracts as a shape you can select in the geo library (like zip code, congressional district, etc). It would help us target properties that could be eligible for specific federal programs.

Add option to use “native ESRI/ArcGIS” data in Geopointe.
We would like to see seamless integration with our maps in ESRI/ArcGIS..
- In order to use our ESRI/ArcGIS maps, we have to export to KML
- Then split into multiple files so they will plot in Geopointe because of "node count" limitations?
Please allow more options to plot external maps inside Geopointe with:
- larger Node counts
- larger file sizes- more map types

Export Shape Field shapes to KMZ/KML
While it is possible to export Standard or Geo Library shapes, it would be nice to export Shape Field shapes as well, so we could export a data set of records AND their associated shapes.

Set Campaign Type's that you want to be able to chose from with the "Add to Campaign" button.
Using the "Add to Campaign" button, the list of Campaigns can be hundreds... If there were a setting that allowed you to chose which types of Campaigns you want to see in your Campaign list that would narrow down the list. I have a Campaign Type called "Location". The "Campaign Type" field is a Salesforce pick list that is part of the Campaign Object.

Give mobile users the ability to share routes
Right now if a user builds a route from their mobile device, they have to go to their computer and log in to Geopointe to share the route with a colleague or manager. Please add the ability to share a route to mobile devices.

Include route fields when exporting to CSV
I use route fields to show important information about my appointments, such as primary contact name and phone number. However, when I export the route to a CSV, only the name, address and start/end time appears in the spreadsheet.
If I set up a route to show a specific set of route fields in the Geopointe interface, please allow those to also appear as columns when I export to CSV

Sort fields smallest to largest
Our unit field on the address is a text field as we have numeric values (ex. 101, 102) and text values (ex. main, lobby) in this field. Therefore, in a scenario where I am trying to sort a townhouse complex with unit numbers 1-40, I get 1, 10, 11....19, 2, 20..etc. It would be helpful if we could sort text fields smallest to largest where numbers are sorted in correct numerical order with alpha characters sorted in alphabetic order after the largest number (ex. 1,2,3....9,10,11...99, 100, lobby, main).

Allow for realtime updates off URLs to KML feeds.
There is the existing capability to pull in a KML file as well as the ability to put in a URL for a KML feed. This is great except it does not real time update. You have to repaste and save the URL to get most recent update. Example, pulling in KML feed from the National Hurricance Center (a live feed). T

Progress Bar after completing a stop
After picking their stops and adding to their route, is there a way to show a progress check box/bar/something similar to check off that they’ve completed that stop other than deleting from their route?

Don't Auto zoom out!
When you click "edit" on a shape and are working on a small point it zooms out to the larger shape. If I am working on the zip level of a state wide shape then I have to re-zoom in to find my place. It would be nice if you edit the shape and it stays where you are working.

Provide a "Check-In" option that doesn't write the Comments to the Subject field.
Our sales manager just noticed that his "Activity Reports" are no longer easy to read because of the way Geopointe codes the check-in?
- The "Comments" are added to the end of the "Subject" field
- This skews the Activity reports that are grouped by that "Subject" field because there are now "too many" unique subjects?
What do you recommend as a fix for this?
- Is there a way to not have the comments saved/appended to the Subject field?
- Is there a way to "dynamically bucket" the subject in a report?13 votes -

More "Smart-Mapping" Integration into Salesforce
Stepping back a bit from SF & Maps, it seems like Geopointe is not integrated enough "into" normal SF daily routines? such as:
When working within Salesforce :
- adding a Map to an Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity (how do I/end-user easily/quickly add a map to a layout?)
- adding a Map to a List-view (end-users need to be able to quickly/on-the-fly view all/filtered customers on a map)
- adding Map Export options (management needs to be able to quickly/on-the-fly export all/filtered customers to excel/kml/etc)Having to "stop" and load the Geopointe app, then "think" thru data-sets & "plotting" options…

Save a data set or shape "membership" to a Record
My Sales Reps would like a way to save their shapes and data set information to a record. For instance, if there are 20 Accounts in Shape #1, those 20 accounts would somehow be marked as being in that shape. This could allow reporting and account management by region/group. It could also make shapes available on the Mobile App.
It would be best if you could choose to mark the record as part of the shape so you wouldn't just have everything automatically push to the record. Similar to "Add all to campaign" but maybe you could pick certain shapes…

See Assignment Area shape from URL parameter click
I'd like the ability to see the shape(s) a record has been assigned to with the click of a button. It would be similar to the &id= parameter with a shape field attached, but would allow me to see the area(s) it's been assigned to.

Need Map button on record in SF1
Right now, I use the publisher action in SF1 to mimic the map button on the record in Salesforce desktop version
http://help.arrowpointe.com/customer/portal/articles/2096553.The problem with option is that I often lose my position and unable to navigate back to my record where I clicked on the map publisher action.
Would it be possible to add a map button in SF1 that will allow me seamlessly navigate back to my record?

Import shapefiles into Geopointe
Many customers use programs like ArcGIS to create territory boundaries that may or may not lines up with government boundaries. Rather than having to redraw those in Geopointe, it would be nice to be able to see and interact with those on the map.

Add capability to "save" a map
It would be ideal to have a method for saving a map view. For example, if I zoom the map to my desired location, add a few data sets, and add some shapes, it would be great to capture that map state. That way I can open the map without having to search for my data sets, re-add desired shapes, etc.

Allow non-geopointe Admin users the ability to create folders
Rather me the Admin creating folders for user, I would love it if my Sales reps could create their own folders to stay organized. I understand the modeling around folders work like Report folders in SF, but it be nice if my sales reps could share folders with one another. This would limit some of the administration around creating folders, sharing, etc.
