Allow for maps to be externally embedded on company website
One of our uses for Geopointe is as a store locator. We are always adding new stores to our company's public website whereas our private internal map is hosted by Geopointe based on custom fields. It would be really nice if we could embed the map of our accounts on our website so that it could be controlled from within salesforce instead of having to manage the map outside of salesforce. If there were an HTML embed code for each map data set collection allowing the map to be externally embedded that would be huge for us!!

Sales Territory Realignment, Reassignment, and Optimization
Create several additional features, but all striving towards similar objectives:
Optimize the number and placement (territory boundaries) of sales associates according to account potential|prospects|accounts and constrained by workload|call time, travel time, and drivability, while simultaneously minimizing account disruption.
Quickly lasso (or polygon select) accounts/markers on a map and provide summary information/analytics on those accounts.
Apply what-if analysis/scenario-building/ad-hoc “digging” with respect to re-drawing territories. Concretely, plot accounts and prospects for associate A and B and then let me tag (or lasso select) a subset of accounts from associate A and see “what happens” as a result of assigning that subset to…

Remove the Limit Search
When working on getting the big picture for an area, it would be nice not to be limited to only 20. Working in a small area that may be ok. But being able to see all the coffee shops in a metro area would be much more helpful.

Allow for NAIC Code Prospect Search
Being able to use the latest search feature to find new prospects and locations via NAIC code would be invaluable to businesses that generate prospective customers based on their specific line of business. Integrating this with your advanced mapping tools would greatly increase the efficiency of on-the-go searches for nearby businesses.

Allow field set for Assignment Area page layout.
On the assignment Area object there is a User field that we can use to assign the owner of a record. We are finding that in our territories we need to assign more than one user to different fields. A manager field, a partner user field... ect. I can create a new user lookup field and then in our Process Builder automation I can trigger an update to the field. The problem is that the users cannot update the new custom field on the Assignment Plan because it does not show up on the Assignment Plan edit page.

Make it easier to analyze check ins
Our team uses Geopointe Mobile and our users are checking in. I am able to setup Check Ins as a Map Object now to view them on the map, but it seems like a more customized UI for this purpose could be created.

Add search capability to look up accounts and contacts from Salesforce directly from Geopointe
It would be great to have a search option within Geopointe instead of having to search from Salesforce and clicking the "Map" button. It would also be a great addition if I could search for multiple records by name (also within geopointe) and see the pins on the map.

Ability to send a complete Geopointe report to another user.
Not all of our Geopointe users are in the same office nor do they have the same skill set. We'd be interested in functionality that allows you to build a report with the option to forward that to another user via email. Once the end user receives the email, the link provided prompts them to Geopointe to view the report. Some of our data sets are complex so there is a lot of trial and error and we find ourselves forwarding the CSV attachment losing out on the Geopointe functionality!

Sales Cloud Sales Console Integration
When do you plan on integrating your product with the Sales Cloud Sales Console? This integration should allow a contact in your list to open a new tab within the Sales Console as well as allow click to dial from your list.

Specify Actions for Datasets
Actions are control by object data. Create a method to limit actions to specific datasets. When mapping specific data on the map, allow actions to execute on the specific data matching the action. i.e. Allow actions on data for a reps territory but not allow actions on all data.

Save Data Sets to Campaign when Adding Campaign Members
Geopointe is a great marketing tool for identifying opportunities and adding contacts and leads to campaigns. If you were to go back and review that campaign at a later point, there is no way of knowing what kind of data sets (filters) and shapes were used to create that campaign. There could be several audiences that could be pulled for this campaign with highly targeted criteria. You would either have the marketer manually enter the filtering criteria which is not effective or have to save a new data set for each audience segmentation then create a joint object to manually…

Expose Active Filters via Merge Fields in Custom Actions
In the custom actions area, it allows you to expose merge fields to use as POST parameters for a VisualForce page. It would be great to be able to expose the active filter information such as data set(s) and or geographic shapes. What can be done with this information is creating custom actions that could log this information for auditing purposes in a separate object such as when you add campaign members, you would want an audit trail of the criteria used to pull that audience.

Integration with Salesforce Engage (Pardot product)
Our sales rep love Salesforce/Pardot's Engage email campaign tool. They also love Geopointe. It would be phenomenal if you could build an integration between the two, enabling a sales rep to map a group of contacts/leads in Geopointe and click the Action button to email them via Engage.

Attendance report monthly through mapping and door devices
Hello,
I have an idea of calculating the report monthly for employees to check in. putting a device on doors so an application could detect the entrance of employee from his mobile. i worked on this project through my Masters degree in business. it is somehow a concept like Amazon Go.
In the near future the automated system after developing will help in using it more than finger prints and cards swiping. i have a brief and some other features in mind for this to be used in all firms.
Waiting to discuss it with the developing department.
Regards,

Progress Bar after completing a stop
After picking their stops and adding to their route, is there a way to show a progress check box/bar/something similar to check off that they’ve completed that stop other than deleting from their route?

reporting and views for shapes
Provide the data in an organized way to have a directory search on shape name with drill down to sub-shapes for reporting/views. For example: Shape = Sales Territory(Sales Executive) and sub-shape = all of the zip codes assigned to the territory.

Auto-Select Records on the Map
Hi guys! I have a suggestion for some new functionality that would be handy.
It would be very helpful if you could automatically select a record on the map as a result of clicking the "Map" button on that record in SalesForce.
In effect, if I'm looking at an Opportunity and I click the Map button, Geopointe would load up, center the map on that address, AND select it (The little red checkmark appears over the pinpoint).
This would facilitate a use case like the following: The user wants to do a mass emailing to all Accounts within X miles…
1 voteHey Joseph, is this a custom apex action? If so, inside the geopointe.ActionRequest object we pass to your execute method contains a map of URL parameters. In here you should be able to pull out the id value. This will be id of the record the Map button was selected from.

Partner with a data provider for lead gen
I think you should partner with a 3rd party data provider (similar to Data.com) so you can map your existing records as well as search for new ones to easily build a pipeline.
