subtract shapes
You can add multiple shapes to a map but can you add one shape and then subtract where it overlaps another shape?
A use case would be distance from a point in multiple circles. Say you want from 50 miles away to 100 miles away from a fixed point. You would need to make a 100 mile radius circle, then a 50 mile radius circle and remove it from the 100 Mile one, creating a ring.
Or if your territory was all Illinois except for Chicago, it would be great to put an Illinois shape on the map and subtract/cut out the Chicago metro area.

I have a similar use case to your 2nd example: Sales rep's territory is all of a zip code except for a couple of city blocks.
