Provide a "Check-In" option that doesn't write the Comments to the Subject field.
Our sales manager just noticed that his "Activity Reports" are no longer easy to read because of the way Geopointe codes the check-in?
- The "Comments" are added to the end of the "Subject" field
- This skews the Activity reports that are grouped by that "Subject" field because there are now "too many" unique subjects?
What do you recommend as a fix for this?
- Is there a way to not have the comments saved/appended to the Subject field?
- Is there a way to "dynamically bucket" the subject in a report?

Yes I have noticed the same. The Check-Out should be the subject heading and the voice memo or notes should be added to the comments section on the activity history. Please try to fix this. Thank you.
