Our reps visit about 30-40 customers a day and require the ability to see more fields right from the route list view without having to expand each record. They need to see not only the customer's address but other information at a glance, such as appointment date and time, sales leads and the products the customer so that they can have a view of their territory for the day and not miss those they have made appointments with, as well as those that are new customers with leads. It would be nice to either have the fields from the data set displayed right in the route list (with a setting to configure how many fields from data set you want displayed so you have the option to keep it to the one field or more) or have the flexibility to setup the fields you want displayed in the route list separately.
