Refine shapes
When creating a shape, it would be helpful if we could refine that shape. For example, when I use the "Add Geo Library Shape" function and select Metropolitan/Micropolitan Statistical Area, I would like to be able to remove pieces of that area that I do not want in the shape. If I use the lasso to remove, it takes out that entire shape. I want the lasso, or some other tool, to let me cut certain pieces out of a predefined shape.

To clarify, I've added an image showing a metro area and circled parts of the metro area I would want to remove.
