Choose Calendar to Import to Route / Map
New import calendar feature is nice but it only allows you to map our own calendar. We have a call center who schedules appointments for our providers. They need access to import the provider's calendars rather than their personal calendar (ideally, with the ability to overlay multiple calendars on the screen) so that they compare accounts in the area and appointment availability.
Solution: add lookup field for user's to select which user's calendar to import.

To us this is a vital element since the users that book our appointments do not book for themselves but rather for external users. We are unable to perform our internal function efficiently because of the distance between appointment consideration for external users and therefore this hinders us in the amount of appointments we book since a single user in our call centre has to book for a single external user. With the above development it would allow us to book in teams and therefore add high volumes of appointments to our sales teams schedules.

I agree with the original comment. A key point is to have the times of appointment populated in the route to avoid double booking and booking logistically impossible appointments.
We can have a workaround by creating a data set to a specific persons appointments for whatever period and then use action to plot the route but this does not insert the time of the appointment in the route - therefore missing this key element of useful functionality -

Our internal users would like to be able to import their external's sales rep's calendar to find nearby contacts to fill in.
