Visual Difference in State and County Lines
When mapping a territory by county, its very difficult to differentiate between the state and county lines.
Is there a way to change the look or color of the State Line while mapping counties?
Just something to make clear where the state line lies.
Unless of course I am missing that this is available somehow... Thank you!2 votes -
Add state-level legislative districts to shapes
Please add state-level house and senate districts to the shape hierarchy. I spend hours in the months leading up to session drawing those in. https://mappingsupport.com/p/gmap4.php?t=m

Continuously show Field names in columns while scrolling down in the Mapped Data list view
Submitted on behalf of Customer via support case
When you search a data set with a large number of fields, it can be hard to keep track of which field's column you are looking at in the Mapped Data list view. Customer suggests possibly keeping the field name above the values dynamically while scrolling down through the results, so that they can more easily keep track of which field column they are currently viewing values for.

Data Set Fields Section Breaks
Data Set Fields Section Breaks
When creating a new data set in Geopointe, it provides the ability to specify the "Fields" that display in the record info window popup on the map. Currently, users can add fields in one long list. It would be helpful if users were given the option to add "Section" breaks to the record info window popup to differentiate and sort fields into logical groupings.
Salesforce's page layout for accounts, contact, etc. has the capability to add "Section" breaks. This feature would be very useful to add in Geopointe's record info window popup.

Enable Geopointe to work with Apple Maps & Apple CarPlay for Route Navigation on Day of Travel
I would like to request a new feature update to consider for a future release of Geopointe. We have several Outside Sales Reps that utilize Apple Maps and Apple CarPlay when in their vehicles. Currently on their day of travel when they open their planned route, they can only trigger navigation with Google Maps (which does not interface with Apple CarPlay). Is it possible for you to look into updating your application to push navigation routes to Apple Maps which in return will work with Apple CarPlay. Apple CarPlay is becoming more popular with newer vehicles and is really a…

Enhance The Route Distance Calculation Between Destinations to Give Better Estimate (Based on Date/Time Range of Travel)
Enhance The Route Distance Calculation Between Destinations to Give Better Estimate (Based on Date/Time Range of Travel). When using Google Maps, they give users the ability to plug in Day of Week and Time of Day when planning routes and can provide estimates on if the travel time will be longer or shorter based on that time.
Example: Say the distance between appointment A and B is 5 miles. On Monday at 10:00 PM it may take me 10 minutes to drive there. However, on Tuesday at 7:30 AM it may take me 20-30 minutes estimate to get there.

Ability to send a complete Geopointe report to another user.
Not all of our Geopointe users are in the same office nor do they have the same skill set. We'd be interested in functionality that allows you to build a report with the option to forward that to another user via email. Once the end user receives the email, the link provided prompts them to Geopointe to view the report. Some of our data sets are complex so there is a lot of trial and error and we find ourselves forwarding the CSV attachment losing out on the Geopointe functionality!

Allow the default fields for searches to be re-positioned or removed
The default fields- such as Distance, name or address- should be able to be adjusted in the Mapped Data list view- or removed if needed.

Enable multi-field inline editing
I was recently asked to come up with a better way for our reps to hone
their health care provider target list. Currently, they have to go to each
detail page for the HCP they're interested in and mark them as a target.
Conversely, if they deselect them as a target, they have to provide a
reason for doing so which is validated. There are also a couple other
validations around targeting.I thought that Geopointe might make for a fluid experience in the targeting
process given that the map and list view are on the same page. The problem…5 votes -
Add Details to a record after clicking the "Map Button"
When clicking on the map button, it will not populate fields in that one record you clicked the map button from.
We would like fields to populate when clicking map button so you can see details about that record without needing to go to the record itself

Allow customers to modify the frequency for the Batch Assignment Job
We need to reduce the time that the batch job that assigns new users based on our assignment plans. The batch is currently set for four hours.. We realize we can turn the job off and create our own jobs. (http://help.geopointe.com/customer/portal/articles/2092104) However, we want it to run hourly so we'd rather not have to schedule 12 jobs.

The ability to pull relevant information about a shape regardless of data
When pulling information on shapes, the only data populated is information tied to data in Salesforce.
It would be useful to instead be able to pull all information associated with a shape (i.e. all zip codes within a shape, regardless of data points). The data is already there, it's just a matter of accessing it once someone builds a shape from "county" or "state" vs. "zip codes"

Geo Library Shapes using 3 digit zip/postal code
The Geo Shapes mapping feature is very useful and has a good deal of ways to define the shapes based on State, zip/postal code, etc. A noticeable downside is increased lag as the layers become more granular. This is especially problematic when creating large shapes based on full zip/postal code.
A great addition to the Geo Library Shapes would be the ability to create layers based on 3 digit zip/postal code (e.g. 928**). This provides a good level of granularity and reduces the complexity when creating larger shapes layers (e.g. Sales Territories/Regions).

Currently, we can map events if they relate to accounts. It would be great if we could map events that relate to leads too.

Integrate more comprehensive reporting with assignment plans
Would be great to be able to be able to create reports showing names of Territory-assigned owners, along with the Zip codes / area names that they are assigned to.

check-in related to custom object in an event
I like to have the possibility to do check-in and check-out directly on an event and the check-in should be related not only with standard object(like account) but also to custom object related to an event. So if I do a check in on an event it check-in must be related both to the event and the related object and the distance should be calculated considering the related object position.
This is time saving and great for our information database.3 votes -
Support Account Contact Relationships in Add to Campaign
The Account Contact Relationship functionality added in Summer '16 makes it easy to attach contacts to multiple accounts, without having to create a junction object. It would be great to be able to use this feature with Add to Campaign.
