    I agree with the original comment. A key point is to have the times of appointment populated in the route to avoid double booking and booking logistically impossible appointments.
    We can have a workaround by creating a data set to a specific persons appointments for whatever period and then use action to plot the route but this does not insert the time of the appointment in the route - therefore missing this key element of useful functionality
