    I was the customer that suggested this. Basically search a data-set based on filters, etc you set. With resulting data-points of anywhere from 1-1000+, perform a radial search on those records; batch assign shapes (circles) around those data points.

    Then, see what other records - perhaps a different data set - fall within those circles.
